Raw Sourcing
We receive pre-treated Merchant Grade Acid (MGA) directly from OCP's Jorf Lasfar beneficiation complex via a dedicated pipeline.
Solvent Extraction
Using the proprietary Prayon process, organic solvents selectively extract pure H₃PO₄ from impurities in a continuous multi-stage flow.
Deep Purification
Heavy metals, fluorine, and organic compounds are removed through advanced precipitation and filtration stages.
Concentration & Dispatch
The acid is concentrated to custom specifications (up to 85% H₃PO₄) and released in batch after stringent testing prior to bulk export.
